Coaching for embodied growth
The PATH is a one-on-one coaching experience that brings together practical health and behavior change with Jungian inner work for true transformation.
Your body, mind, and life are inseparable. So why work on them as separately?
In midlife, physical changes and life transitions happen at the same time. But we often respond by trying to manage every thing separately. Train harder. Eat better. Think more positively. “Get it together.”
And then, everything starts to feel like it’s falling apart.
This is an approach problem, not a crisis, and it’s not just you.
An integrative approach to meaningful change.
Long-term guidance that integrates health, habit, and inner work—without bypassing reality.
The PATH is a year-long 1:1 coaching relationship designed to support both outer stability and inner growth.
We work with your habits, routines, and health in the context of your emotional life, identity, and evolving priorities.
Instead of forcing change through discipline, we cultivate awareness, discernment, and a more intelligent relationship with your body and inner world.
The goal is not self-improvement. It’s coherence—so the way you care for yourself actually fits the life you’re living now.
This work is for you if you’re ready for depth and integration
Who this work is for:
You’re competent and informed about health — but your habits don’t reflect what you know.
You’re tired of cycling between discipline and collapse.
You can feel that stress, identity shifts, or unresolved patterns are shaping your behavior — and you’re ready to address them directly.
You know you’re getting older, your body is changing, and you want to respond intelligently.
You want structure that works in real life — not a rigid plan that ignores who you are.
You’re willing to examine your patterns honestly, take responsibility, and commit to long-term change.
How to get started
PATH coaching is designed for people who are ready to engage in meaningful personal and lifestyle change. It involves consistent participation, honest self-reflection, and a willingness to work thoughtfully over time.
This process works best when approached with intention and commitment.
Submit a short application to be considered for one-on-one coaching. I work with a limited number of clients at a time to ensure depth, focus, and individualized support.
If we’re a good fit, you’ll receive an email with available start dates. Once confirmed, your onboarding session will be scheduled and your place reserved.
Before we begin, you’ll complete a detailed intake to share context about your life, values, and intentions—so we start our work with clarity and direction.
If this resonates with you, you’re welcome to apply.
The application is a starting point for a thoughtful, honest conversation about your goals, context, and readiness. I work with a small number of committed clients each year to ensure depth of engagement throughout.

No. This is coaching grounded in health, behavior change, and inner work. It’s reflective and depth-oriented, but not clinical therapy.

That’s common. This work is designed to integrate and support what you’re already doing, not replace it.

I work with a small number of clients to ensure depth, presence, and continuity of care. Typically 10-12 people over the course of a year.
