About the studio
The ARVAmethod practice is located within the River West Fitness Collective in Chicago’s historic River West neighborhood located at 664 W Hubbard Street.
We are a community of experienced, independently owned practitioners offering clinical bodywork, Pilates, Gyrotonics, and movement training. The space is quiet, serene, and designed for focused individualized care.
Street parking is available on Hubbard, and several CTA bus routes and rail lines serve the area, including nearby stops that make getting here convenient for clients from across the city.
Please note: the building is a historic landmark built in 1887. There is no elevator and the studio is located up a full flight of stairs on the second floor.
