Hi Everyone! Welcome back to this week’s Simple Eats and the LAST week of April! This will be the last week we focus on pre and post work out meals.
Last week we created the delicious and high protein cottage cheese salad, as well as, the simple but always satisfying fried egg avocado toast.
This week we will be focusing more on pre workout meals. Meals that will give you the big boost of energy to carry you through the duration of your work out.
And our spotlight ingredients will be:
Coffee – Not only does coffee give you a body and mind energy boost but it’s great for burning fat. A Cup of coffee can increase your metabolic rate by 3-11%!
Pineapple – Pineapple is an extremely rich source of vitamin C which is great for your immune system.
