Simple Eats, 3/18
Welcome back to this week’s Simple Eats!
Last week we created some easy no bake carrot cake protein bars, as well as oven baked zucchini chips. Both of those snacks were very simple, nutritious, and a great addition to anyone’s meal plan.
This week we will be focusing on the following ingredients:
Avocado – Avocados are loaded with fat, fiber and potassium making it a great ingredient to add to meals (and snacks) to keep you feeling fuller and satisfied for longer durations.
Almond Flour – More than 65% of the fat in almond flour is monounsaturated which makes almond flour great for heart health.
